Supply Prohibition Order Seven Color Crystal Ball And Any Other Goods Which Has The Same Characteristics
In exercise with the powers conferred by Section 23 of the Consumer Protection Act 1999 [Act 599], the Minister of Domestic Trade, Co-operatives and Consumerism declares that the Seven Color Crystal Ball and any other goods which has the same characteristics is unsafe and is declared to be prohibited goods. Therefore, the Minister makes an order named as Consumer Protection (Prohibition Against Unsafe Goods) Order 2011.
This order comes into operation on 26 August 2011.
All suppliers shall recall Seven Color Crystal Ball and any other goods which has the same characteristics from the market within a period of 1 month from the date of commencement of this Order.
The suppliers shall :
(i) stop the supply of, or the offer to supply, the goods which are declared to be prohibited goods; and
(ii) stop the advertisement of the goods which are declared to be prohibited goods.
The Ministry shall execute enforcement action towards any contravention of this Order upon the expiry date of the recall as prescribed in paragraph 3.
